Active engagement for everyone at the show

The New York area’s best travel show is this weekend at the Jacob Javits Center. The annual New York Times Travel Show is heaven for voyagers of all types, whether your interests are local travel, cruises, exotic destinations, or finding new ways to revisit beloved locations.

You will leave with a sack full of ideas and information for future trips we can book together.

The Travel Show will feature more than 500 exhibitors, representing 150 countries, with representatives who will be available to offer expert insights, insider tips, and exclusive discounts.  Attendees can plan ahead for their next great getaways by viewing the Travel Show’s floor plan and guide to exhibitors in advance, here.

Sample the foods of nations around the world; watch live dance performances from Asia, Africa and beyond; and sit in on engaging sessions with experts on Africa, Europe, the Caribbean, Culinary, Adventure, Spa & Wellness, River or Ocean cruises and more.

Focused seminars offer travel ideas for women, LGBT travelers, and those with mobility issues. Lee Abbamonte, travel expert and the youngest American to visit every country will entertain you with tales from the road, as only he can. And, Ralph Velasco, noted photographer and trip leader will offer insights into taking better travel photos.
